Job summary

Aerospace Composites Solutions seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing setting. You will handle payroll, onboarding, benefits, and compliance while partnering with managers to resolve issues in the best interest of the organization.

You will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives, ensuring accurate records and alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required, plus seven years of progressive HR management experience in manufacturing.
• HR certification is a plus.
• Experience managing payroll, benefits enrollment, onboarding, and compliance in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related matters.
• Process hourly and salaried payrolls and conduct system audits for accuracy.
• Manage talent acquisition processes including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.
• Maintain HR files, data, and compliance reporting.
• Create and conduct onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment with brokers and service providers; assist with eligibility and claims questions.
• Assist in developing learning and development programs for internal growth.
• Support performance management by developing and tracking improvement plans.
• Plan and host employee events and foster positive relationships across the workforce.
• Support EHS with safe working practices and workers’ compensation program.
