Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead Employee and Labor Relations across the region, advising management and guiding investigations, contract enforcement and HR training across operations.

The role focuses on compliance with labor laws and union accords, developing the HR Integrity & Performance/Culture team, managing grievance processes, and partnering with unions to support a fair, high-performing casino workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Labor Relations/Employee Relations with HR supervisory experience.
• Strong background in Labor Law with experience with union contracts, mediation and local unions.
• Experience negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements is preferred.
• College Degree or equivalent; Master’s Degree preferred in HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Integrity organization with ethics and full legal compliance.
• Ensure fair employment practices and policy compliance across properties.
• Provide leadership and development for HR staff in Integrity & Performance/Culture.
• Manage investigations and respond to inquiries from federal/state agencies.
• Oversee grievance, mediation, and arbitration processes and union relations.
• Interpret company policies and union contracts; support supervisors and managers.
