Job summary

Caesars Entertainment Corp is seeking a seasoned HR professional to act as a strategic business partner across operations excellence, team effectiveness, change management, and organizational development. The role oversees consistent HR policies and regulatory compliance across the property, including recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation, and safety programs.

You will monitor HR metrics, coach leaders, and ensure compliant, ethical practices in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum of six – eight years in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in progressively responsible positions in Human Resources or related field and 5 years of supervisory/management experience
• Literate and fluent in English
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with Team Members at all levels
• Knowledge of all State/Federal Employment Laws
• Working knowledge of Nevada Workers’ Compensation statutes and OSHA regulations
• Working knowledge of Regulatory Administration in Gaming
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to think critically and work unsupervised
• Strong analytical skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to handle complex and emotional issues
• Uphold integrity in regulated business

Responsibilities

• Researching, establishing, recommending changes and administering HR policies relating to recruitment, affirmative action, training and development, Employee Relations, engagement, compensation and benefits, compliance, risk, safety and other services.
• Provide direction and support for all staff to achieve property goals through fair application of policies and procedures.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover and engagement for strategic planning.
• Coach and develop staff in performance management and service quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws and record keeping rules; conduct regulatory training per guidelines.
• Act as liaison for litigation and legal matters with Caesars Corporate Legal Department.
• Oversee compensation practices and leveling of positions.
• Support ethics, compliance and values aligned with Caesars mission.
• Seek improvements to policy and process efficiency across departments.
• Oversee budget for HR/Risk Management, Compliance and Service functions.
• Understand regulatory rules including OSHA, DOT and EPA/NDEP; lead ethical, compliant operations.
• Identify compliance risks and foster a culture of reporting misconduct.
