Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Corporate HR Business Partner to manage HR operations for the HR Effectiveness and policy team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to VP/SVP level leaders, handle employee relations, and guide talent development and compensation discussions.

You will drive strategic HR initiatives and partner with Talent Acquisition across the Caesars enterprise. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years HR experience, and strong knowledge of

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR or business-related field is a plus.
• 2–3 years HR experience required; 1–2 years managing team members preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with results-driven mindset.
• Expert knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to influence decisions without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for HR Effectiveness and policy team.
• Act as key advisor to VP/SVP level and other leaders.
• Oversee employee relations cases and performance management.
• Lead change management initiatives and succession planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing and recruitment processes.
• Utilize Oracle HCM/ORC for HR transactions and reporting.
