Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 8+ years of progressive HR experience with multi-state compliance, supervisory experience, and PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications. Travel occasional; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with multi-state compliance.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Foster a high-performance culture; mentor HR staff.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and 401(k) plan administration.
• Ensure legal compliance across multi-state and federal laws; manage HRIS.
• Lead safety committee and support office management; adapt to business needs.
