Job summary

Sagard Real Estate - EverWest Real Estate Investors seeks an experienced HR Director based in Denver, CO. This full-time leadership role advises senior leaders, partners with centralized HR, and ensures multi-state compliance across CA, NY, NJ, TX, and NC.

The position leads culture, performance management, compensation, onboarding, and employee relations, leveraging Workday and HRIS to drive insights and scalable programs. Strong strategic and advisory capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• SHRM-CP or equivalent certification is an asset.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in multi-entity environments.
• Experience navigating multi-state employment law and centralized HR shared services.

Responsibilities

• Culture & Engagement: champion inclusive, high-performing culture across locations; drive engagement surveys and action plans.
• Performance & Talent: lead annual review cycle, coaching leaders and identifying development needs.
• Compensation: lead compensation across locations with COE; advise on offers, merit, promotions, and equity changes.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: manage full onboarding; ensure smooth system setup and compliance with exit processes.
• Employee Relations: provide guidance on policies and laws; manage investigations and maintain records.
• Liaison to Parent Company HR/HRIS: coordinate enterprise programs and gather site-specific feedback.
