Sagard Real Estate is seeking an HR Director based in Denver to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple U.S. locations. You will partner with the centralized People & Culture team to implement programs, policies, and processes with discretion and business acumen.

You will drive performance management, talent development, onboarding/offboarding, and regulatory compliance across CA, NY, NJ, TX, and NC, influencing workforce strategies in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic People & Culture guidance to senior leaders across Sagard Real Estate locations.
• Lead talent assessment, succession planning, and development initiatives.
• Ensure multi-state employment law compliance across CA, NY, NJ, TX, NC.
