Vergent Products seeks an experienced HR Manager to partner with leadership, shaping people strategies and culture. The role leads recruiting, performance management, and policy development while managing benefits and payroll processes.

The HR Manager will drive organizational development, stay compliant with Colorado and federal laws, and foster a high-performance, employee-centric culture across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with progressive responsibility.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership aligned with Vergent Products' business goals.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Develop and administer compensation, benefits, and HR policies compliant with laws.
