Wayne Farms LLC in Hazlehurst, MS is seeking an experienced Mgr I, Complex Human Resources to lead HR operations for the complex. You will develop policies, drive talent management, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership to standardize processes.

This role requires strategic HR knowledge, strong communication, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will mentor staff and guide initiatives across staffing, employee relations, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
• Minimum five years of HR experience; manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and implementation of complex human capital policies and programs.
• Provide direction to HR team on staffing, employee relations, organizational development.
• Counsel leaders on staffing, compensation, training, performance management, and compliance.
• Deliver HR-related training on performance counseling and employee relations.
• Mitigate risk through collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Drive recruitment, succession planning, and talent strategies.
• Collaborate with benefits, compensation, and learning & development teams.
• Analyze data to identify organizational needs and drive proactive solutions.
• Mentor and coach employees; promote career development.
