Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager – Built Environment to lead HR initiatives for the Built Environment pillar. You will align HR strategies with business goals, oversee onboarding, employee relations, and ethics compliance, and partner with leaders to enable growth and integrity.

You will drive policy development, mentorship of HR staff, and collaboration with legal/compliance to mitigate risk in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in employee partnership and leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Familiarity with performance management processes, goal setting, and onboarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with corporate goals and business strategy.
• Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and procedures to promote consistency and operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop HR team members to foster a high-performing HR function.
• Serve as advisor on employee relations, ensuring fair, compliant outcomes and effective coaching for managers.
• Lead investigations into concerns, manage disciplinary processes, and ensure timely, well-documented results.
• Support HR due diligence and integration for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Assist with immigration matters within the HR function and coordinate with legal/compliance teams.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth, engaging experience for new hires.
