Job summary

Talantir is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to develop and manage comprehensive EHS programs that ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while embedding safety and sustainability into daily operations. The role provides strategic direction for EHS initiatives and partners with leadership to integrate safety into core activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 3 years in leadership/management.
• CSP/CIH/CHMM certifications highly desirable.
• Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of EHS strategies, programs, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and local regulations.
• Oversee risk assessments, JHAs, and Safe Work Practices.
• Coordinate incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Design and deliver EHS training programs for employees and supervisors.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual EHS reports.
