Avant Search is seeking an experienced HR professional to support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities in Melbourne, FL. You will partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, developing and evaluating policies, programs, and practices to strengthen the organization.

Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new hires, conducting performance management, and managing payroll and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources.
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
