Job summary

Christian Care Ministry, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with organizational goals in our Melbourne, FL office.

You will partner with leaders to strengthen engagement, workforce planning, and staff development while driving change. Key responsibilities include policy guidance, performance management, leaves (FMLA/ADA), training, analytics, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Operations to support departments and leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, incl. 5+ years in HRBP or strategic HR.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to strengthen engagement and workforce planning.
• Provide HR policy guidance and manage complex employee relations issues.
• Lead performance management, leaves (FMLA/ADA), and training initiatives.
• Develop department goals and Talent Development plans with leadership.
• Create reports/dashboards from HRIS data to inform decisions.
