Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a mid-level Human Resources Business Partner to support Florida operations in a hybrid arrangement. The role partners with operational leaders to shape employee experience, manage relations, performance, and development, and align HR programs with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years of HR experience, a bachelor’s in HR or related field, and a demonstrated ability to coach leaders, analyze HR data, and drive employee engagement in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally including HR Business Partner responsibilities.
• Experience supporting managers and business/operational leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, compensation, and engagement.
• Ability to coach leaders through people-related challenges and sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees across the business.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance concerns, and development.
• Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding through retention and offboarding.
• Collaborate on performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to strengthen the employee experience.
• Assist with acquisitions and integrations as the organization grows.
