This on-site role partners with IT executives to align people strategies with business priorities in a fast-paced tech environment. The ideal candidate brings strong HR expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence leaders at all levels while driving talent initiatives that enable performance, engagement, and workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant HR experience, or Graduate Degree with 7+ years, or 13 years experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for designated IT Executive leaders and teams.
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business goals.
• Provide coaching on organizational design, talent planning, and leadership effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention.
• Use data to identify trends and inform talent/workforce decisions.
• Lead organizational changes and work with Centers of Excellence to deliver HR solutions.
• Drive performance management and support development of high-performing teams.
