Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of related experience; 13 years if no degree.

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for designated IT leaders and teams.
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide coaching on organizational design, talent planning, and change management.
• Support workforce planning, succession, retention, and skill development.
• Use data to identify trends and inform talent decisions.
• Lead organizational changes including team structure and role alignment.
