Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably standalone or lead HR professional.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or property management operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, HR administration, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage core human resources operations for the organization across multiple properties.
• Handle employee relations and ensure HR compliance across locations.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate payroll and compensation activities; drive performance management and leave administration.
