Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy across multiple properties in Santa Monica, CA. This senior role reports to the GM/CEO and supervises HR staff, recruitment, benefits, and training to support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in business or HR, and professional credentials (PHR/SPHR/SHRM preferred). Strong collaboration, confidentiality, and compliance with all applicable laws are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business management and/or HR
• Active PHR, PHR-CA, SPHR, or SHRM certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction and manages HR staff in accordance with organizational objectives.
• Oversees recruitment, career development, employee relations, and benefits administration programs.
• Manages HR policy interpretation and ensures compliance with applicable laws.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee relations and HR data.
• Oversees employee engagement, development programs, and training activities.
