Job summary

Locallygrownak is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR for multiple restaurants and an administrative company. This role manages payroll, benefits, recruiting, and compliance, while leading onboarding, audits, and policy maintenance.

Requires at least 5 years in HR management, an HR-related degree preferred, and PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred. Must be 21+, fluent in English, and proficient with Paycor, MS Word/Excel, HRIS, QuickBooks and Google Apps.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to communicate, write and understand English.
• At least 5 years professional experience in human resources management, preferably in restaurants.
• Human resources related degree preferred.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Experience with Paycor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain HR functions including recruiting, benefits, payroll and tax accounts and compliance.
• Manage HR budget for all restaurants and administrative HR.
• Administer and oversee leaves (FMLA) and compliance with state and federal laws.
• Conduct regular audits of HR accounts and year-end reconciliations.
• Lead onboarding processes and maintain employee records and policies
• Ensure compliance with EEO, OSHA, 1095s and related reporting.
