Elliron Residential, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking an HR Manager to lead the people function across our multi-entity residential portfolio. You will set direction for HR and act as trusted advisor to executives, regional leaders, and community managers.

This hands-on role owns recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll coordination with our PEO, and open enrollment. Expect periodic travel to properties across Texas and a focus on culture, compliance, and scalable HR processes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership role.
• Experience supporting multi-site hourly or field-based workforce.
• Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, FCRA, Texas employment laws.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and documenting matters.
• Experience partnering with a PEO on payroll and benefits.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR advisor to ownership, executives, and regional managers.
• Lead employee relations intake, investigations, and findings.
• Guide managers through corrective actions, performance plans, and separations.
• Respond to unemployment and wage claims and agency charges.
• Administer payroll-related processes with the PEO and benefits coordination.
• Own recruiting strategy and onboarding for site and corporate roles.
• Run annual performance evaluations and maintain HR policy library.
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives aligned with core values.
