• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear strategy briefs
• Pin down the unit economics before Business Solutions Group pours fuel on growth
• Keep Business Solutions Group from optimizing a number that doesn't pay rent
• Chase down why margin slipped and come back with a fix, not a theory
• Own the cadence that turns Applicant Tracking Systems reporting into Conflict Resolution action
• Cut three steps out of an approval chain nobody loves
• Translate 8 years of messy history into a forecast you'd stake your name on
