Job summary

Schneider National in Green Bay seeks an HR Business Partner to provide human resources process planning and execution for multiple departments. The HRBP will coach leaders, develop staff, manage performance, handle compensation coaching, and ensure organizational design and compliance.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with leadership, talent reviews, and collaboration with recruiters to support staffing plans, with a focus on an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Two plus years of human resources or leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Can create a welcoming workplace for associates.
• Able to analyze problems and evaluate data to make well-informed decisions.
• Can adapt to changing conditions and overcome unexpected obstacles.
• Able to identify gaps and develop plans to address them.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with all levels of leadership to ensure alignment with organizational values.
• Advise leaders on the deployment and development of their people.
• Facilitate talent review processes for assigned business segments.
• Coach leaders on effective performance management processes.
• Provide compensation coaching and education to leaders.
• Optimize associate productivity and work processes.
• Consult with leaders on performance and legal issues that affect associates and the organization.
• Collaborate with corporate recruiters to support staffing plans.
