Job summary

Compu-Link Corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HRIS processing.

You will partner with leadership to maintain compliance, manage records, and deliver training while contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace. This fully onsite role requires a background check in a government-regulated facility.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS.
• Understanding of employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for entry- to mid-level roles.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, I-9, and orientation.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Address routine HR inquiries and guidance.
• Support employee relations and performance management.
• Assist with training administration and LMS documentation.
