Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in HR’s strategic value to the business.
• Lead and coordinate training initiatives for managers and employees.
• Administer and support employee benefit programs in collaboration with COE.
• Champion the HR strategy and influence stakeholders to align with goals.
• Contribute to the execution of the HR business plan.
• Support implementation of HR policies and regulatory compliance.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment with hiring managers.
• Facilitate onboarding and conduct new hire orientations.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations matters.
