mTrade is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy enforcement to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key duties include acting as HR contact for staff and managers, guiding the Accounting and HR Administrator, coordinating hiring via HRIS, and overseeing onboarding/offboarding and performance reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience across multiple HR functions.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as HR contact for employees and managers, handling routine tasks and complex issues.
• Provide guidance to Accounting and HR Administrator on HR matters.
• Involved in hiring processes: job postings, screenings, interviews, and offer coordination via HRIS.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and exit interviews.
• Participate in benefits administration and documentation.
• Collaborate with external service providers for HR needs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Support performance management through annual reviews.
• Handle employee relations and workplace concerns.
