Job summary

Reading Truck is seeking an HR partner to collaborate with HR peers and leadership to support company initiatives. The role covers Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Compensation, Talent Management, and Compliance.

The position focuses on coaching, onboarding, policy administration, employee recognition, and ensuring HR processes align with production goals in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related Human Resources experience.
• Manufacturing industry background preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with HR peers and managers to administer and coordinate responsibilities in Employee Relations, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Assessment & Succession Planning, Training, Performance Management, Policy implementation & Administration, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Compliance.
• Provides general coaching and counseling to team members.
• Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.
• Oversees onboarding and orientation processes including new hire paperwork.
