Job summary

King & Bishop is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, benefits administration, compliance, and employee development.

This role will serve as a trusted partner to employees and management while managing day-to-day HR responsibilities and leading full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and management-level positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience including full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, HR operations, and administration.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, and management-level positions.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and management-level positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build pipelines for critical roles.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
• Maintain HR records and process HRIS transactions using Paylocity and SAP.
