Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support and manage core HR functions across the organization. You will guide talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Collaborate with leaders to develop policies, administer HR programs, analyze workforce data, and ensure accurate records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Effective coaching and advising skills for managers on employee relations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze HR data and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Support core HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance and workplace safety.
• Collaborate with leaders to provide HR guidance, resolve employee-related issues and foster a productive workplace.
• Develop and recommend HR policies, programs and practices aligned with company policies and employment laws.
