Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5-7 years HR Generalist experience with manufacturing exposure.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to plan technical, functional, and behavioral interviews.
• Lead selection, evaluate candidates, and generate offers.
• Manage leaves (FMLA, PFML, disability) with vendors and compliance.
