Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of related HR experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years supporting manufacturing environments.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP and other HR systems.

• Facilitates talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, training, and development.
• Supports multi-site manufacturing facilities and HR program implementation.
• Conducts onboarding, orientation, and benefits administration; ensures policy adherence and employment law compliance.
