All Native Group is seeking an Human Resources Generalist - Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and serve as a contact for employee relations across its retail and construction subsidiaries. The role blends talent acquisition with generalist duties to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities include building candidate pipelines, optimizing recruiting processes, and collaborating with HR partners to meet hiring trends and project timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years federal contracting recruitment preferred.
• Experience in retail or construction HR/recruiting is highly preferred.
• BA or BS degree preferred.
• Professional recruiting certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executes full-cycle recruiting tasks, partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define search strategies for retail and construction sectors.
• Acts as a consultant/advisor to partners and employees to resolve workplace issues and maintain a positive environment.
• Proactively recruits passive candidates and develops ongoing pipelines via industry events and diverse sourcing channels.
• Leads candidate screening methodologies and uses closing techniques through the offer/acceptance process.
• Regularly updates recruiting systems and ATS for data accuracy and project tracking.
• Leads scoping discussions to kick off searches and deploy countermeasures to keep projects on track.
