Job summary

CTA is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist with a focus on recruitment and employee relations to support talent acquisition strategies and foster a fair, positive employee experience.

You will partner with department leaders to deliver responsive HR services, manage recruitment, onboarding, investigations, and performance processes, while upholding compliance and a strong, collaborative culture; salary ranges and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Strong recruitment and employee relations knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HRIS/ADP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes and onboarding.
• Coach managers on performance management and investigations.
• Partner with leadership on employee engagement and culture.
• Maintain confidential employee relations records.
