Job summary

VetJobs is seeking a Human Resources Generalist - Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and serve as the primary contact for employee relations and hiring trends within the All Native Shared Services subsidiary.

This role blends high-level sourcing with generalist duties to support business objectives across specific industry sectors and involves coordinating with hiring managers, HR Partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant hires.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of federal contracting recruitment preferred.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Professional recruiting certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Executes full-cycle recruiting tasks with Hiring Managers and HR Partners.
• Employee Relations: Advises partners and employees to resolve workplace issues.
• Pipeline Development: Proactively recruits passives and builds pipelines.
• Candidate Management: Screens and guides candidates through offers and acceptance.
• Reporting & Analytics: Maintains ATS data for analysis and tracking.
• Strategy & Collaboration: Leads scoping discussions to start searches.
