Job summary

The role partners with leaders and candidates to ensure compliant, timely HR processes and accurate employee records, while promoting Lad Lake's THRIVE culture in all candidate interactions. The Generalist also maintains workforce data and generates reporting to guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years progressive HR experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and employment requirements.
