Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking an HR Generalist to work closely with the HR Manager. The role focuses on employee relations while handling workforce planning, learning and development, performance processes, and other HR disciplines.

You will support management with policy design, compliance, and training, ensuring effective programs across the organization. This position requires solid HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with generalist responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, including disputes, corrective actions, and HR investigations.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in collaboration with leadership.
• Coordinate recruitment, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Generate HR reports and analyze metrics to inform decisions.
