Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with leaders in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a track record of effective partnership with executives. The HRBP will handle policy development, employee relations, investigations, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to support talent development and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in Human Resources with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence decision-making.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to leaders on HR areas: talent management, performance, org effectiveness, employee relations, compensation, and HR policies.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and retention.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and discrimination allegations and resolve issues.
• Develop relationships across the organization to ensure a strong HR presence.
• Partner with legal to ensure HR policies comply with labor laws.
