Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking an HR Specialist in Cartersville, GA to support the Manufacturing HR Office, assist in daily HR operations, manage HR data, and help develop and maintain HR automation tools and systems. This role collaborates with the HR Manager to improve operational efficiency and support lifecycle processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include handling end-to-end lifecycle processes, data reporting, and aiding in performance management initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS, or a related operational role.
• Fluent in Korean and English.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with HR data management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end onboarding, role changes, and offboarding support.
• Maintain HR data and employee records in the HR database.
