Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking an HR Specialist in Cartersville, GA to support the Manufacturing HR Office. You will assist in daily HR operations, manage HR data, and help develop HR automation tools and systems.

The role partners with the HR Manager to improve efficiency and support performance initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, HR reports, and compliance, while maintaining confidential information and ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS, or a related operational role.
• Strong interest or basic proficiency in HR systems, data management, and process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Fluent in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
• Assist in managing employee retention programs and turnover data analysis.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR database.
• Assist in daily management and updating of internal HR systems and platforms.
• Identify repetitive HR tasks and collaborate on process optimizations.
• Support testing and rollout of new HR system features and workflows.
• Assist in data collection and tracking for organizational design initiatives.
