Job summary

Hanwha Systems in the United States (New Jersey) seeks an HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR programs and day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with employees, managers, and HR teams across the U.S.

and Korea, helping build the HR infrastructure as the organization grows. You’ll manage on-boarding, transfers, performance evaluations, payroll-related tasks, and policy compliance while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, administration, or related role.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to manage highly confidential employee information with discretion.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Global Mobility & Relocation: support visa and relocation processes.
• Workforce & Organization Support: partner on planning and organizational changes.
• Annual HR Processes: coordinate performance evaluations and promotions.
• HR Reports and Analytics: maintain data and generate reports with confidentiality.
• Policy & Compliance: support HR policy development and compliance for the U.S. subsidiary.
