Job summary

Verus Research Llc is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver enterprise-wide HR initiatives, ensure legal compliance, and advise leaders and staff on HR best practices in employee relations and performance management.

The role supports recruitment, HRIS administration, and benefits programs, reporting to the HR Director. The ideal candidate will balance broad HR matters with tactical compliance, bringing strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience (to include employee relations).
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or other relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated experience solving employee relations situations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with Employee Leave & Benefits, HRIS and Recruitment practices.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise-wide HR initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Advise company leaders and employees on HR best practices for employee relations and performance management.
• Support recruitment and administration of HRIS employee records and benefits programs.
• Partner with HR Director to implement policies and drive HR programs.
• Maintain knowledge across broad HR topics and tactical compliance elements.
