Verus Research Llc is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver enterprise-wide HR initiatives, ensure legal compliance, and advise leaders and staff on HR best practices in employee relations and performance management.

The role supports recruitment, HRIS administration, and benefits programs, reporting to the HR Director. The ideal candidate will balance broad HR matters with tactical compliance, bringing strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience (to include employee relations).
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or other relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated experience solving employee relations situations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with Employee Leave & Benefits, HRIS and Recruitment practices.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise-wide HR initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Verus Research is searching for a Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the delivery of enterprise-wide human resources initiatives, compliance with all applicable laws, and advising company leaders and employees on HR best practices regarding employee relations and the various parts of performance management. As a key member of the HR team, this role will also support recruitment, administration of HRIS employee records and benefits programs.The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Generalist role will possess a strong mix of interpersonal communication skills and analytical abilities, with the ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and provide practical solutions. Crucial elements of this role are the agility to shift seamlessly from “broad” HR matters to “tactical” compliance elements and maintaining knowledge and interest in both ends of this spectrum.
