New Mexico Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Albuquerque to provide local HR support for employees and leaders. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, policy interpretation, and compliance tracking, while collaborating with the RVA HR team for a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR practices, employment documentation, onboarding and compliance preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and communicate professionally.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide local HR support on employee relations, policy interpretation, attendance, conduct and performance concerns.
• Coach supervisors on employee relations, documentation, corrective action and policy application.
• Support onboarding, recruitment coordination, and leave/benefits inquiries.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
