Job summary

Homewise Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to keep our People function running smoothly in Albuquerque. The role focuses on compensation benchmarking, HR data ownership and dashboards, handbook compliance, and audit-ready HR systems.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will develop salary bands, lead benefits strategy, build workforce trend reports, design policies and onboarding programs, and support employee relations with a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience with compensation, benefits, and compliance.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with HR analytics tools and HRIS.
• PHR or SHRM-CP desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR files and systems are accurate and audit-ready.
• Manage compensation benchmarking and salary band recommendations.
• Oversee benefits administration and enrollment processes.
• Develop and update HR policies and employee handbook.
• Build HR dashboards and workforce metrics reports.
• Support employee relations and onboarding programs.
• Lead recruitment support for senior roles.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and changes.
