Job summary

xFact / DataServ is hiring an HR Generalist to support onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HR operations across our North Andover or Marlborough offices. You will partner with leaders to foster an exceptional workplace and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers HR programs, policy updates, compliance, reporting, and day-to-day administration, including immigration support and data accuracy across HR systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Experience with benefit administration
• Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and compliance
• Experience in a technology or professional services environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace matters
• Support employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers and employees
• Assist with talent acquisition, interviews, and on-site onboarding of new team members
• Assist with performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and engagement programs
• Coordinate benefits administration, enrollments, updates, and employee communications
• Support immigration compliance and work authorization processes
• Administer HR programs, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws
• Support the employee-facing SharePoint site and HR communications
• Assist with handbook updates, policy development, and process improvements
• Generate HR reports, audits, and workforce metrics as needed
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems
