Based in Concord with 40% travel to East Point, GA, La Vergne, TN, and Richmond, VA, the HRG will align HR strategies with business goals and foster a safe, compliant workplace.

The role requires a bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3+ years in HR, proficiency with HRIS (Workday/ADP) and MS Office, and strong change-management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in an HR generalist or similar role, warehousing/logistics experience preferred.
• Proven track record leading change management in a growing organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Workday, ADP) and MS Office.

• Partner with multi-site leadership to guide employee relations, performance management, and policy adherence.
• Lead and execute change management initiatives to support rapid organizational growth.
• Prioritize projects and manage multiple sites without sacrificing quality.
• Foster positive employee relations across warehouse staff and site leadership.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation across assigned sites to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and assist with payroll inquiries.
• Provide HR solutions for high-volume staffing, engagement, and retention challenges.
