Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across multiple sites. You will guide managers and employees on employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and performance management initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience in a multi-location environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office with ~400 employees. Located in Roswell, GA, this is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting multi-location operations.
• Strong employee relations, investigations, and compliance background.
• Experience with onboarding, manager coaching, and policy interpretation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in construction, field service, or similar industries preferred.
• Paycom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Administer and interpret company policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and manager coaching initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare month-end and ad hoc HR reports.
• Foster a positive workplace culture while promoting consistency and accountability.
• Build strong relationships with managers across multiple locations.
