Ingram Content Group in LaVergne, TN, just outside Nashville, seeks a Human Resources Generalist to contribute to the Corporate HR team. You will guide employment lifecycle activities including sourcing, onboarding, associate relations, leave and benefits administration, and training to help drive business unit performance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of HR generalist experience, with strong MS Excel skills, HR systems experience (UKG, PeopleSoft, Smart Recruiters ATS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or directly related year for year experience.
• 3 years of human resources experience with exposure to generalist responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.

Responsabilités

• Administers the functions of the employment lifecycle such as sourcing, staffing, employment administration, onboarding, associate relations, leave administration, benefits administration, and training.
• Delivers orientation and educates new hires on company policy and procedures.
• Advises and counsels management and associates on regulations, policies and HR practices as they relate to associate issues.
• Provides support to client group on associate relations matters, including investigations and counseling recommendations.
• Escalates complex associate relations matters to senior HR leadership to ensure policy consistency and mitigate risk.
• Supports managers with guidance on coaching, corrective action and disciplinary paperwork.
• Supports annual performance review process and training needs development with Learning and Development.
• Administers/Supports compensation and benefit programs, unemployment claims and leave processes, and HRIS reporting.
