Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Workday and MS Office. Travel within facilities may be needed to support multiple shifts and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) and compliance with employment laws.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR best practices.
• Partner with hiring managers to recruit, interview, and select hourly candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire orientation to ensure positive experience.
• Support performance management, coaching, and corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure HR data accuracy in Workday and assist with compliance audits.
