• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and HR compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders regarding workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and HR best practices.
• Partner with hiring managers to recruit, interview, and onboard hourly employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data management across HR systems and compliance documentation.
• Support annual performance review and goal-setting processes for employees and leaders.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational changes.
