Job description

We are looking for an HR Generalist who will be responsible for the full cycle of HR and Recruitment processes within a product team focused on slot game development. This role is for a specialist who is ready to combine recruitment, team development, and internal HR processes, work closely with managers, and help the business build a strong team.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: from defining the candidate profile and launching the search to making an offer and supporting the candidate through their start date.
  • Source candidates and actively use various recruitment channels.
  • Conduct HR interviews and initial candidate assessments.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define candidate profiles, requirements, assessment criteria, and hiring priorities.
HR / People Management:
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: preboarding, onboarding, probation period, development, performance reviews, and offboarding.
  • Organize and conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees.
  • Support the probation period process: help managers set goals, conduct regular check-ins, and coordinate probation reviews.
  • Support managers with performance, motivation, employee development, and team collaboration.
  • Manage the offboarding process and conduct exit interviews.
  • Collaborate with management and other company functions on HR and Recruitment matters.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Manager, with hands-on recruitment experience.
  • Practical experience in full-cycle recruitment, including independent candidate sourcing.
  • Experience managing key HR processes: onboarding, probation, 1:1s, performance reviews, and offboarding.
  • Experience working closely with Hiring Managers and team leads.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and HR tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience working with ATS systems.
  • A structured and proactive approach with a high level of independence and ownership.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
What Is Important for This Role:

We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who sees Recruitment and HR as interconnected parts of one role and is ready to support the team throughout the entire employee lifecycle - from the first interaction with a candidate to their ongoing development and journey within the company. It is important to be able to organize your work independently, understand business needs, suggest solutions, and be a reliable partner for both managers and employees.

At the same time, you won’t be handling all HR and Recruitment tasks on your own. You’ll work alongside an HRD and Head of Recruitment, who will share their expertise, support you in building and developing processes, and provide ongoing guidance.
